Last updated: 29 June 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Matric360, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
2. Who may use Matric360
Matric360 is intended for South African Grade 12 learners studying the CAPS curriculum, their parents or guardians, and educators. Learners under 18 should obtain parental consent before creating an account.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when registering.
- Keep your password confidential — you are responsible for activity on your account.
- One account per learner. Sharing accounts is not permitted.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Matric360 offers Free and Premium plans. Premium subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Pricing is shown on the Pricing page. You may cancel a subscription at any time through your account.
5. Refunds
Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis in line with the Consumer Protection Act. Contact support within a reasonable period of the charge.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not copy, redistribute, resell or publicly post Matric360 content.
- Do not attempt to access other learners' accounts or data.
- Do not use the platform to harass, defraud, or break the law.
- Do not attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or premium gating.
7. Intellectual property
All lessons, videos, questions, branding and software are owned by Matric360 or our licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the content for your own studies while your account is active.
8. User content
Where you submit feedback, answers or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to host and use that content to operate and improve Matric360.
9. Educational accuracy
We work hard to align lessons to the CAPS curriculum, but Matric360 is a study aid — it is not a substitute for school attendance, your teacher, or the official Department of Basic Education examinations. We do not guarantee specific exam outcomes.
10. Availability
We aim to keep Matric360 available 24/7 but may need to perform maintenance or experience downtime. We are not liable for losses caused by temporary unavailability.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time from your profile settings.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Matric360 is provided "as is" and our total liability arising from your use of the platform is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Matric360 after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
